Consultant and cheerleader
I have a Ph.D. Not bad for some who left school at 14. There are times when that degree is useful, and times when it gets in the way. My primary intention is to be the support and safety net so that people can walk across a tightrope wire and when they get to the
middle they can dance
About Me

Principled and reflective practitioner
I love this work and jokingly say I will facilitate my own funeral from my coffin: "Let's have a round of appreciation for the deceased, Please share a story..." But, underneath the humour is a profound truth. We never stop learning and we need to be prepared to be wrong, to try again, to try harder and do better. Reflective work, evaluation and feedback are integral to my work.
